Flat-bed filter

The flat-bed filter is used for fully automatic, continuous cleaning of cooling lubricants and process water. It is characterised above all by a high level of purity. It is easy to maintain and has a long service life, making it one of the most cost-effective solutions combined with very low investment costs.

Mode of function

The cooling lubricants and process water are distributed over the inflow screen, and reach the nonwoven filter where a filter cake is formed. Once a particular fill level has been reached, the nonwoven material drive is activated. The contaminated nonwoven filter is transported away into the dirt tank and new nonwoven material is drawn in. The medium is separated from the dirt particles, and flows to the clean tank in the lower area of the filter.

Flow rates of approx. 40 - 600 l/min are possible (depending on the nonwoven material). The electrical power supply is configured for 400 volts in all types.
