    Central cooling lubricant filter system plus chip conveyor

    Designed using compact filter technology, this was based on the requirement to filter 5000 liters of emulsion per minute and deliver it to the machines via supply pumps. We developed a compact filter module specifically for this purpose in our special production. This filter is designed for the filtration of oil, water, emulsion and solutions in a small space.

39 high-performance milling centers with central filtration and chip disposal system

20.000 liters of emulsion per minute to 10 µm - central systems from Lehmann-UMT make the impossible possible. The system reliably filters aluminum chips down to 10 µm from the emulsion. The good filter result and the dry filter cake enable the customer to melt the chips down again, recycle them and thus protect the environment.

The compact filter used has a demand-controlled filter fleece feed, which means that the system only feeds new fleece into the filter chamber fully automatically when it is needed. This makes the overall system very sustainable and cost-efficient in terms of disposal, energy and follow-up costs.
